**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telemarketer** to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to handle outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and promote our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain records of calls and responses.
- Maintain a positive attitude and achieve daily/weekly call targets.
- Assist in feedback collection and customer support calls if required.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Clear and confident phone voice.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
