**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms for Back Benchers and its partner agencies. This is a collaborative role that demands creativity, accountability, and an ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and execute original creative assets for social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with copywriters, brand managers, and motion designers to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Maintain consistency in visual language and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all collaterals.
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously push the creative envelope.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design quality and meeting timelines.
- Support the design needs of partner agencies when required.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in a design agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first creatives, branding, and campaign work.
- Ability to convert briefs into visually impactful designs with mínimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A "figure-it-out" attitude—someone who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to try new things.
