**Position: Video Editor & VFX Artist**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Collect, segment and process raw footage, edit according to scripts or the instructions of script writers and clients.
- Edit to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, to arrange films into sequences, and all post production elements.
- To shoot video, tweak audio, create motion graphics & VFX to produce well finished videos.
- Knowledge of digital photography, video production, post production, audio & compression formats.
- Audio recording, editing music & special effects.
- Video editing experience on FCP, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photo-shop.
- Should have good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro & After Effects.
- You will be responsible for video production and post production workflows and assist with studio operations.
- Additionally you would be required to handle camera footage, sound effects, graphics and special effects to produce a final film or video product.
- Creating VFX elements from scratch as & when necessary for any given project.
- Experience in areas of Visual Effects/After Effects, Video Editing & Graphic Designing.
- Should be well versed in Photoshop, Premier, Coral Draw, Flash,3D Animation(3D Maya)
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- For Editing - Final Cut Pro X / Adobe Premiere Pro
- For VFX/Elements - Adobe after Effects / Apple Motion/ Cinema 4D.
- Being able to coordinate with a team and deliver as per timeline

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3+ years proven work experience as a VFX Editor or any similar roles in the designing/production department.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Animation/Multimedia or related fields
- Proficiency in animation and video production and editing techniques like scaling, trimming, staging & lighting.
- Familiarity with VFX creation software’s like Cinema 4D, Adobe after Effects, Maya, etc.
