**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Assist in preparing proposals and pitch presentations for clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up regularly.
- Represent the company in meetings and client calls with professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Prior experience in IT sales or business development preferred.
- Familiarity with online bidding portals (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
