**Excel/Data Expert - Freshers**

**Salary Range: 15-20k**

Tummoc helps track and find actionable & accurate intra-city travel information for the bus/metro/suburban rail. You can purchase passes directly on the app in Bangalore at the moment, and soon we'll be launching online ticketing in other cities as well.

**Responsibilities**
- To collect and analyze data to aid organizations in making well-informed business decisions.
- Data Sourcing & Extracting, Cleaning & validating the data.
- Use data modelling practices to analyse and bring out key insights and findings for strategic and operational improvements and changes
- Analytics, Business Intelligence and Reporting for ride data
- Monitoring key metrics and understanding root causes of changes in the metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
- Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
- Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.
- Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
- Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.
- Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
- Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning data
- Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise strategies.

**Tools**
- Advance Excel is mandatory
- Python
- Data format Excel
- PowerBI or any BI Tools
- SQL

**Requirements**:

- Qualification Required : Masters, Bachelor, Diploma
- **Proficiency in data capturing and office management software as Advanced Excel**
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
