**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct IELTS Training**:

- Deliver high-quality IELTS preparation lessons for all four components (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Conduct one-on-one or group sessions depending on student needs.
- Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop customized IELTS lesson plans, strategies, and course materials.
- Update teaching methods and resources to align with the latest IELTS examination trends.
- Create mock tests, exercises, and interactive activities to help students practice.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Assess students’ English language proficiency levels and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Identify individual student strengths and weaknesses and implement strategies to address gaps.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and provide a positive learning environment.
- Engage students in interactive lessons that keep them motivated.
- Ensure a productive, student-centered classroom experience.
- **Guidance and Counseling**:

- Offer guidance and tips on exam techniques, time management, and how to improve test performance.
- Provide students with advice on their progress and areas for improvement.
- Assist students in setting achievable IELTS score goals.
- **Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans.
- Report regularly to the management on class performance and student outcomes.
- **Continuous Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and global standards.
- Attend professional development workshops or trainings to improve teaching practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified IELTS Trainer (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS or other English proficiency exams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

Pay: ₹40,578.58 per month
