We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated special needs teacher to join our team at a Montessori school. As a special needs teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized educational plans for students with special needs. You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure that each student's unique needs are met in a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with special needs based on their unique learning goals and needs, using the Montessori method as a framework.
- Work with parents to ensure that they are informed and involved in their child's education, and collaborate with them to create effective home-school partnerships.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage and motivate students with special needs, and adapt your approach as needed to meet their changing needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, and use this information to adjust educational plans and strategies as needed.
- Work closely with other Montessori teachers and staff to ensure that students with special needs are integrated into the classroom and school community, and receive the support they need to be successful.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievements, and communicate this information regularly with parents and other professionals as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to other teachers and staff on how to work effectively with students with special needs, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or a related field
- Montessori training and experience are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to inclusion and equity
- Ability to design and implement effective individualized educational plans for students with a range of disabilities and special needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
