Content Writer

**Job Summary**:
Sciative is seeking a talented and passionate Content Writer to join our growing marketing team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that educates our target audience, builds brand awareness, and drives lead generation for our SaaS products. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice and communicating the value proposition of our solutions across various platforms. This role requires excellent written and spoken English skills, a strong understanding of SaaS and B2B software, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing and product teams. This position is based in our Navi Mumbai office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop a wide range of content assets, including but not limited to:

- Blog posts and articles on industry trends, pricing strategies, and product features.
- Website copy (landing pages, product descriptions, case studies, testimonials).
- Ebooks, white papers, and guides offering in-depth insights.
- Infographics and presentations to visually communicate complex information.
- Social media content to build brand presence and drive engagement.
- Sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, brochures).
- **SEO Optimization**: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and drives organic traffic.
- **Content Strategy Support**: Contribute to the development and execution of the content calendar and overall content strategy.
- **Industry Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Retail, Travel, and Hospitality sectors.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand product features, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track content performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- **Content Repurposing**: Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content for different channels and formats.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Writer with a minimum of **3 years** of professional writing experience.
- **Minimum of 1 year of experience writing content specifically for SaaS or B2B software companies.**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken English with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the B2B software landscape.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- **Must be based in the Navi Mumbai area.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience writing content for the Retail, Travel, or Hospitality industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of design principles for creating visually appealing content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
