Wave Online is a one-stop solution for all medical billing services and revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare companies in the US. Account Receivables Callers (AR Associates) ensure the seamless operation of the process and ensure maximum efficiency for claims. We’re looking for qualified freshers who can be easily integrated into this system
**Roles & Responsibilities**
To work with US clients of Wave Online, mainly in healthcare.
To initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the status of claims.
To understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
To ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis.
To meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
**Pre-qualifications**
Graduates of any degree or diploma (Non-engineering), and high school diploma holders are also welcome
Excellent communication skills in English
They should be ready to work the night shift between 7 PM to 4 AM (Time confirmation and changes based on project requirements/allocations), with Saturdays & Sundays off
A pleasant voice and a positive attitude
Good organizational skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up
Willingness to be a team player and systematic
Certificates of participation in literary clubs, and activities like public speaking (Preferable)
Passion for storytelling or conversations (Preferable)
Commitment to working with the company for a minimum of two years
- Attend the challenge and take the first steps in building a bright future
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
