Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to coordinate activities and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, labor hours, and inventory levels.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to report on production performance, discuss challenges, and propose solutions.
- Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management to continuously improve processes and stay competitive.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
