**Position**: Customer Relationship Executive
**Location**: Nagercoil
**Employment Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Reports to**: Customer Relationship Manager

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- **Problem Resolution**: Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Proactive Engagement**: Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- **Support Sales Team**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and support sales initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to the Customer Relationship Manager.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to customer service processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in [insert language(s)].
