Prescription form and Medicine Chart should be Transcribed
- Add Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in patient’s file.
- Maintain the over Register
- Medical consultation in other hospital
- Inhouse consultation
- Pickup of involuntary admissions
- Arrange the pickup team
- RTMs Therapy
- Psychoeducation regarding patient’s abnormal reports & also major medical illness like HCV,ALD,THYROID etc.
- Doctor round in morning & night
- Team Member in ECT Therapy
- General Medical core of patients
- In night shift Arrange required medicines & blood investigations
- Check Medicines in morning, afternoon & night duty.
- Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary
- At the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA patient’s medicine should be Prescribe on practo
- Handle emergency in night times
- Handle patient’s admission in night with the permission of consultant
- During admission take history of patient in night time
- Adjustment in sport sessions of patients
- Make phone call for patient in nights while psychologists are not available in the hospital.
- Solve dietary issues at night times
- Complaint counselling regarding medicines
- Disulphiram & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation
- During admission perform Physical examination & patient induction

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Village Raul, Rara Sahib Road, Doraha - 141421, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
