Key Responsibilities:
1.Office Maintenance:
Keep the office premises clean and organized.

Ensure that common areas, such as kitchens, restrooms, and meeting rooms, are tidy and fully stocked (e.g., paper towels, soap, etc.).

Clean and arrange office furniture as needed.

2.Refreshments & Catering:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors.

Set up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.

Assist in arranging catering for office events or meetings.

3.Mail & Documentation Handling:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Assist in organizing office documents and filing systems.

Handle outgoing mail and ensure timely dispatch.

4.DeliveriesAssist with deliveries and picking up office supplies, documents, or items from vendors.

Run office errands, including bank deposits, postal services, etc.

5.Support for Office Staff:
Provide general administrative support to the office team as requested (e.g., photocopying, document preparation).

Assist visitors with registration and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
