**Leaves**: No leaves allowed during the first 3 months
**Salary Range (Before Transport Deductions)**:

- **Fresher**: ₹2.4 LPA (₹16,000 In-hand)
- **7-12 Months Experience**: ₹2.6 LPA (₹18,000 In-hand)
- **12+ Months Experience**: ₹2.8 LPA (₹21,000 In-hand)

**Cab Facility**: One-side cab provided during odd hours

**Location**: Kolkata

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide customer support to **e-commerce customers** via chat.
- Use tools like MS Word and Excel efficiently to resolve queries.
- Handle chats promptly and ensure resolution within SLA.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Communicate fluently in English (Verbal & Written).
- Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain typing speed of **35 WPM with 90% accuracy**.
- Take ownership of issues and follow up for closure.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic Operating System functions and system navigation.

- Versant Test (Minimum Score: 56)
- Online Assessments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
