Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, write, and design content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Content Review and Editing**: Review and refine content to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with our brand voice. Edit graphics, videos, and posts to ensure they are polished and professional.
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring posts are timely and consistent. Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a way that aligns with our brand voice.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Keep an eye on social media trends, content formats, and viral moments. Use insights from trends to create fresh and relevant content ideas.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with our audience on social media channels, responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and engaging manner.
- **Content Strategy Development**: Work with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and engages our target audience effectively.
- **Analytics and Insights**: Track and analyze the performance of content and social media posts. Use insights to improve future content, adapting based on what resonates with the audience.

Required Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and compelling content.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar.
- Understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and content trends.
- **Creativity and Adaptability**: Ability to think creatively and come up with new, original ideas to engage our audience.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with audiences in a professional yet relatable way.
- **Bachelor's Degree** in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Photography or Video Editing Skills**: Basic skills in photography or video editing are a plus for creating visual content.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media content.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
