**Position**: Project Coordinator

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Location: Mohali** Onsite/Hybrid

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for **international clients**, ensuring smooth communication.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Document project requirements, changes, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Ensure adherence to **project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)**.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and status updates.
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including scope, timeline, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience working with international clients**, understanding cultural differences and time zones.
Strong grasp of **project documentation**, requirement gathering, and reporting.
Basic understanding of **technology stacks** (e.g., Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, AI, etc.).
Knowledge of **Agile and Scrum methodologies**.
Ability to handle **resource allocation and capacity planning**.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to **multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
