Job Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will plan and execute end-to-end SEO campaigns—covering keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and account managers to improve organic search visibility and drive client growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover high-value terms aligned with client goals.
- Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headers, internal links, content structure, alt text, etc.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and address issues related to site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies: outreach, guest posts, partnerships, and backlink profile monitoring.
- Collaborate across content, design, and development teams to embed SEO best practices into all client projects.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics (rankings, organic traffic, bounce rates, conversions) and prepare clear, actionable performance reports.
- Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Support local SEO efforts for clients with physical locations—manage Google Business Profiles, local citations, and reviews.
- Integrate SEO insights into conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house), covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement technical fixes.
- Excellent analytical ability with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and cross-team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and major algorithm changes.
- SEO-related certifications (e.g., Google Analytics) are a plus.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing agencies handling diverse clients is highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
