3+ years of hands-on digital ad ops experience with an in-depth knowledge of setting up Ad Campaigns, QC, Optimisation and Reporting
- Ability to run experiments and comprehensive reporting in GAM and Facebook to analyze performance periodically.
- Prior knowledge and understanding of the publishing ecosystem, and Ad Networks
- Optimize existing Google Display Ads, Facebook Ads by monitoring and tracking performance.
- Ensure compliance of our Adstack with regulatory bodies such as GDPR and CCPA
- Previous knowledge of HTML/Javascript, with an understanding of the technicalities of deploying an ad-configuration preferred
- A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating an amazing reading experience for end users and improving publisher revenue at the same time.
- Collaborative, and experience working with a completely remote team across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of at-least 1-3 years in Ad-tech industry
**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
