**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell health insurance policies to individuals and families.
- Understand the client's requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
- Explain product features, benefits, terms, and claim processes clearly to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Support clients throughout the insurance lifecycle, including claims and policy renewals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or insurance.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
