As a Marketing Coordinator in a banking software IT company, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing activities. Your primary role will be to assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's banking software solutions and services. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's banking software solutions and services.
- Support the creation of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools that support the sales process.
- Monitor and track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports to the marketing team.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Assist in maintaining the company's website, ensuring that content is up to date and optimized for search engines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry or banking sector.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
