Job Role: Video Content Creator

Location :Andheri West

Daily Responsibilities:

- Ideate, plan & create video content as per client & team briefs.
- Handle all responsibilities under the purview of the Video Production department (as assigned by the HOD)
- Support social media marketing team at live and online events by planning and shooting short-form content on location.
- Assist with the ideation of video content, social media posts, and campaigns.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for your content creation work with little supervision.
- Create and suggest content ideas based on the researched topics.
- Attend & contribute to the brainstorming sessions to discuss and create content ideas Intern.
- Oversee & handle administrative tasks associated with the production process - Shortlisting talent, closing vendors, managing teams, studios, negotiations, etc.
- Be proactive in suggesting content ideas and video ideas for in-house video content for the agency.

Skillset/Experience:

- Must be intimately aware with the process of shooting content, basic lighting, framing, etc., on phone cameras.
- Must be comfortable to be on camera and to interview others on camera for content.
- Must have experience and a portfolio of creating shortform content on social media Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.

- Must be proactive in planning and shooting content for Insta & FB stories on the location of events.
- Basic copywriting, ideation, and planning experience. - Would need to work on certain weekends as per the shooting schedule.
- Must have a basic understanding of the video production process (Pre-prod, Production & Post-prod), and is willing to work unsupervised when needed.

Experience: 1+ Years of experience.

Optional (Would be a big plus if):

- Has basic knowledge of video editing apps such as Inshot, Capcut, Youcut, Adobe Rush, iMovie, or any other equivalent.
- Has basic knowledge of photographic editing apps such as Canva, Photo Director, YouCam, PicsART, or any other equivalent.

Need to have her/ his own laptop.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content creation: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
