**Organization Description**:
Jhalkari Bai Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is being promoted in partnership with Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) and FDRVC as Technical Support Agency to implement the approved intervention plan for the PC. The Cluster will deal in Groundnut, Matar, Masoor, Bengal Gram commodities.

**Responsibilities**:
The professional will be responsible as follows:

- He will be working under the close supervision and guidance by the Plant Manager
- To manage all production operations according to required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines, policies and regulations that have been issued by the production manager and quality manager.
- Routine production planning directed by Production Manager.
- To maintain record of everyday readings for all processing equipment and ensure optimal level of production.
- To monitor all plant production and processing equipment.
- To ensure work site free of any wastage and maintain neat and clean plant site.
- To manage all associate auxiliary equipment and maintain all plant operations.
- To maintain and manage all power consumption.
- To assist to read all meters and gauges at regular intervals.
- To inspect and perform tests and resolve all issues on all machine parts and supervise all repair activities and ensure all repair and operations according to required procedures.
- To prepare and maintain records of all production equipment.

**Qualifications Required**

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Food Technology

**Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in a food processing plant/production facility is a must.
