Business Process Outsourcing Executive

We are searching for a polite, professional Kontact specialist to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems. The Kontact specialist may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful Kontact Specialist, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clientsIdentify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutionsEnsure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformityAlso, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answersMaintain good customer relationsMeet personal targets and work towards meeting team targetsMaintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the dataWrite and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries. RequirementsA graduate from any stream. Any additional qualification will be preferredMinimum 18 months Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job rolesGood knowledge of CRM practices and systemsCustomer-oriented attitude with professionalismStrong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skillsExcellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English languageExceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and writtencommunication skills, professional phone voice
