**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative advertising concepts for various campaigns, with a specific focus on real estate.
- **Copywriting Excellence**: Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including:

- Print advertisements
- Digital ads (social media, display, etc.)
- Website content
- Brochures and marketing collateral
- Slogans and taglines
- **Real Estate Expertise**: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, target demographics, and competitive landscape.
- **Brand Voice & Tone**: Maintain and evolve consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and present copy concepts.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform creative strategy and ensure copy effectiveness.
- **Editing & Proofreading**: Ensure all copy is error-free, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Adaptability**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Performance Tracking**: Work with performance marketing teams to understand which copy preforms best, and use that information to improve future copy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter in an advertising agency.
- Proven experience writing creative copy for real estate brands is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative copywriting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
