**Location**:Remote working

**Duration**:3 months (Internship) with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance

**Stipend**:INR 10,000 per month during the internship period

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA graduates specializing in Marketing and Sales for a 3-month internship program. During this period, interns will be able to work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of a startup.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Create and manage engaging content for digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
