About the Role

**Responsibilities**:
1. Marketplace Performance Strategy:

- Develop and execute robust performance marketing strategies tailored

for various marketplaces to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and

increase sales.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad

copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation, ensuring

maximum ROI.

2. Campaign Management and Optimization:

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR,

CPC, conversion rates, etc.) to achieve set KPIs and targets.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to enhance

campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Relationship Management with Marketplaces:

- Foster strong relationships with key marketplace platforms (Myntra,Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to explore new opportunities, stay updated on platform updates, and leverage promotional features for brand visibility.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Generate comprehensive reports showcasing campaign performance,

traffic metrics, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategic

adjustments to maximize marketing impact.

5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as brand management, e
- commerce, and analytics to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across marketplace campaigns.

Job Requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing roles focused on marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, or Flipkart; experience in the fashion Industry is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, ad platforms, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
