**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate product delivery.
- Collect payments when required (Cash on Delivery).
- Follow traffic rules and safety protocols at all times.
- Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good condition.
- Must have a driving license.
- Communicate with dispatchers and report delivery status.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
- Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weight.
- Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented attitude.
