We are seeking a **Corel Designer** with a strong background in the **jewelry industry** to join our dynamic design team. As a **Corel Designer** at **Uma Ornaments**, you will be responsible for designing intricate 2D and 3D jewelry pieces using **CorelDRAW** and other industry-standard design software. You will collaborate closely with our talented design and production teams to create exceptional jewelry that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. **Gap Analysis and Trend Analysis**:

- **Analyze client feedback, sales matrix, and market trends** to identify product gaps in current offerings.
- **Conduct regular competitor benchmarking** to stay updated on industry standards.
- 2. **Design Concept Development**:

- **Research and propose at least 4 design concepts monthly** based on market insights and gap analysis.
- 3. **Client Store Visits and Market Study**:

- **Visit client stores monthly** to study their product displays, customer preferences, and challenges.
- **Conduct field research** to identify evolving customer demands and regional preferences.
- 4. **Collection Development**:

- **Create a minimum of 4 collections monthly**, ensuring they meet the standards of innovation, quality, and sellability.
- Ensure designs align with **Uma Ornaments’ brand identity** and cater to **client-specific requirements**.
- 5. **Collection Presentations**:

- **Prepare detailed and visually appealing presentations or pitches for collections**, customized for each client.
- Work with the **marketing team** to highlight unique selling points of the collections.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a **Corel Designer** in the **jewelry industry** or a similar corporate design role.
- Strong proficiency in **CorelDRAW**, **Adobe Illustrator**, and other design tools.
- A degree in **Jewelry Design**, **Graphic Design**, or a related field.
- Experience with **2D and 3D jewelry design** processes and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs.
- Knowledge of jewelry materials and manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
