**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The role of an Associate Enterprise Architect combines responsibilities for maintaining and managing architecture artifacts and deliverables with the administration of enterprise architecture tools and knowledge within the organization.

Working closely with senior architects, this position involves overseeing the creation, documentation, accessibility, and administration of architecture artifacts and deliverables using enterprise architecture management tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn EA tool Ardoq.
- Collaborate with senior architects to establish and enforce standards for architecture artifacts and deliverables.
- Ensure that architecture artifacts are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization's enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop and implement processes and workflows for capturing, reviewing, and approving architecture artifacts.
- Assist in creating and maintaining architecture-related templates, guidelines, and best practices.
- Play the role of EA tool administrator and provide technical support for rest of the team.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with architectural standards and guidelines.
- Support senior architects in presenting and communicating architecture artifacts to stakeholders and project teams.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating architecture review boards or governance committees.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for managing architecture artifacts and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on the usage and interpretation of architecture artifacts and enterprise architecture tools.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant architecture and/or technical experience.
- Willingness and ability to learn on the job.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework).
- Familiarity with architecture modeling tools and software.
- Experience in administering and managing software tools.
- Knowledge of architecture artifact management principles and best practices.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in documentation management and version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are beneficial but not mandatory
