Indoor Salesman

Understand customer requirements related to building materials and recommend suitable products (e.g., cement, tiles, steel, paints, plumbing items, etc.).
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and builders.
- Track and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer feedback using CRM or ERP systems.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
- Assist outdoor sales teams by providing pricing support, technical specs, and documentation.
