**Responsibilities**:

- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and meaningful data visualizations to communicate complex findings to stakeholders and management.
- Model Development: Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and enhance processes.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate model performance and make iterative improvements to enhance predictive accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Insights: Uncover valuable insights from data analysis to guide strategic decisions and support business growth.
- Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Data Management: Assist in designing and optimizing databases and data infrastructure for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data science and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Programming: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analysis.
- Data Manipulation: Experience with data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib to communicate insights effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience: Prior experience in data analysis, machine learning, or data science projects is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
