Job Title: Sales Executive/ Area Sales manager - Paint Industry
Job Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the paint and coatings industry.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
Provide technical and product guidance to customers.
Address customer queries and ensure excellent service.
Conduct Dealers/Painters Meeting
3. Product Promotion & Marketing:
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of different paint products.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of sales, orders, customer interactions, and feedback.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for growth.
- Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: sales experience in the paint/coatings industry or related field.
- Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
