**Position: Web Designer (2 Years Experience)**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop modern, user-friendly, and fully responsive websites using platforms such as **WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace**, and others.
- Customize websites using **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and other web technologies.
- Ensure **cross-browser compatibility** and **mobile responsiveness** across all projects.
- Optimize websites for **SEO**, **speed**, and **security** best practices.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to transform visual mockups into high-performing web experiences.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of proven experience as a **Web Designer and Developer**, with a portfolio showcasing live or test projects.
- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3**, and **Bootstrap 4/5**.
- Solid experience working with **WordPress**, including themes, plugins, and page builders like **Elementor** or **Divi**.
- Experience using **Wix, Squarespace**, and experience with **Shopify**, **Webflow**, or **Kajabi** is a plus.
- Good understanding of **responsive**, **mobile-first design**, and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience using design tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, or **Sketch**.
- Knowledge of **JavaScript** or **jQuery** is an advantage.
- Strong eye for layout, visual design, color harmony, and typography.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects**, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent **communication** and **team collaboration** skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
