About the team:

What you will be doing:

- Collaborating with onsite teams to analyze requirements
- Developing and fixing defects in various product versions
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Delivering high-quality code that meets customer expectations
- Continuously improving the Cortex product

What you bring:
**Skills Required**:

- 6+ years of experience in C/Unix
- Expertise in C, Pro C, Oracle, JSON, Bamboo, Jenkins, Perforce, and JIRA
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environment with Shell scripting

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of compilers on various platforms
- Experience with Python and Perl scripts
- Experience in test-driven development and unit testing
- Interest in current technologies (Azure, Java, Open source, Swagger, Docker, Restful/SOAP API)
- Experience in working with complex Workflow Systems
- Experience in payments software

**Responsibilities**:

- Active involvement in product development using C/Unix
- Listening to clients and ensuring the product meets their expectations
- Analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

**Place in the project organization**:

- Reporting directly to the Team Lead
- Providing accurate information to the Team Lead for informed delivery choices
- Involvement in all team meetings

**Qualification**: BCA/BSc/BE/ME/BTech/MTech in Information Technology or Computer Science
