**Job Roles and Responisibilities:

- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance the visibility of the brand online.
- **Content Marketing**: Develop and manage content marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing valuable and relevant content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to attract and engage the target audience.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and manage social media profiles and accounts, post content regularly, interact with followers, and develop strategies to grow the social media audience.
- **Paid Advertising**: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve strategies.
- **Website Management**: Oversee and maintain the organization's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- **Online Reputation Management**: Monitor online reviews and mentions of the brand or products and respond to customer feedback and comments, both positive and negative.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates through A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- **Budget Management**: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that campaigns are cost-effective.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and web developers, to execute marketing campaigns.
- **Compliance and Data Protection**: Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and data protection laws, such as GDPR.
- **Innovation**: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, and explore new opportunities for the organization to reach its target audience.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Implement and manage CRM systems to improve customer retention and communication.
- **Brand Management**: Maintain a consistent and strong online brand presence, including adherence to brand guidelines and voice.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to achieve marketing goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
