**About the Role: Controller | Remote | Full-Time**

Nao Medical is seeking a highly experienced Controller to join our team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial modeling, Financial Statements and Reporting as per USGAAP, Monthly /Quarterly/ Annual Closing of books ,Annual Audit, Taxes, and other related functions. You will be working closely with the CFO to ensure that the company's financial activities are accurately reported and analyzed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the bookkeeping function, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, variance analyses, and other ad hoc reports.
- Annual Audit of the Books
- Manage the tax compliance function, including the preparation of tax returns and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Monitor cash flow and manage the organization's banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's financial processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
- A professional accounting designation (CA, CPA,.) is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, as Controller including experience in financial modeling, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of USGAAP accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including the preparation of financial statements and variance analyses.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
