**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic and wellness services.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and ensure the spa environment is clean, serene, and welcoming always.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure client and staff safety.
- Keep up to date with spa trends, new techniques, and products to provide innovative services to clients.
- Ensure proper care and usage of spa equipment and products.
- Promote spa services and upsell packages or retail products when appropriate.
- Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spa supplies and products.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field.
- Minimum 3 of experience in a similar role (experience with luxury spas is an advantage).
- Proficiency in a range of massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of wellness trends and products is a plus.
