Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a structured and rigorous chemistry curriculum tailored to the requirements of the IIT JEE examination.
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and problem-solving sessions that cover key concepts and principles in inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry.
- Provide comprehensive study materials, including textbooks, practice problems, and supplementary resources, to support student learning and preparation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies, such as demonstrations, simulations, and interactive activities, to facilitate understanding and retention of chemistry concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments, including quizzes, tests, and mock exams, to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them address weaknesses, enhance strengths, and optimize their performance in the IIT JEE exam.
- Mentor and motivate students to develop effective study habits, time management skills, and problem-solving techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and updates in the IIT JEE examination pattern and syllabus, and incorporate relevant revisions into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop teaching resources, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IIT JEE program.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field from a reputable institution (Ph.D. preferred).
- Extensive experience teaching chemistry, particularly for competitive exams like the IIT JEE.
- In-depth knowledge of chemistry concepts and principles, with expertise in inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry.
- Strong familiarity with the IIT JEE examination pattern, syllabus, and question format.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve success in the IIT JEE examination through effective teaching and mentorship.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
