**Location**: Kolkata
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Enable the Tax Client Service Teams (CST) on research, compliance, assessments and return filing through a differentiated delivery model
- Preparation of search strategy based on the functional profile of the taxpayer and performing qualitative analysis using Indian databases like Prowess and Capitaline database, selection of comparable companies, calculation of margins and related party transaction computation
- Assistance in carrying out benchmarking analysis using foreign databases like royalty, Compustat or Amadeus databases
- Preparation of roll forward memorandums basis the memorandums prepared for the previous year.
- Law research, preparation of draft response to show cause notice, preparation of rebuttals, initial submission in relation TPO’s first notice and updating the margins from annual report for assessment related work
- Ensure compliance with risk management requirements
**Qualification and Skill requirements**
- B.Com/M.Com/BBA/BAF/CA
- 2-4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing
- Good verbal and written communication
