UI Designer

**Reporting to**
Lead Product Designer

**PERSONALITY**:

- Collaborative and motivated without ego.
- Curious by nature; interested in all facets of creating digital products.
- Effective at communicating and rationalizing your ideas.
- Social portfolio of your work

**FOCUS**:

- Wireframing and prototyping to define and validate feature concepts.
- Extending and refining an existing design language.
- Working with engineering to implement designs.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (MUST-HAVE)**:

- 3+ years of experience designing complex user interfaces.
- Expert proficiency in tools including Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating user flow prototypes in tools like InVision.
- Experience preparing assets for development.
- Attention to detail and solid visual design skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**NICE-TO-HAVE**:

- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS. And web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Facilitation and organization of usability testing.
- Motion design, animation, and video editing experience
