We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. You will play a vital role in crafting eye-catching ad creatives and social media posts specifically for fashion and consumer brands. You will work closely with copywriters, account managers, and brand representatives to develop visuals that resonate with target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually compelling and on-brand ad creatives (banners, social media ads) for fashion and consumer brand clients.
- Design engaging and creative social media posts (static & animated) that align with brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to understand client needs and translate them into impactful visuals.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices specific to the fashion and consumer goods industries.
- Utilize design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure all designs are consistent with the client's visual identity.
- Prepare design mockups and presentations for client approval.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure a seamless design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency environment.
- Proven experience creating compelling ad creatives and social media posts for fashion and/or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and impactful visuals.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer preferences (a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
