Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

II. Job Title:
Associate (Law Associate)

III. Role:
The primary focus of this role is on non-litigation activities related to trademark, copyright and industrial design laws, requiring collaboration with the reporting head and other law associates.

The role is to ensure the successful execution and implementation of the Firm's functional goals.

The role is to drive research and innovation initiatives to enhance daily activities and improve overall efficiency.

IV. Job Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents for various assignments related to Trademark, Copyright & Industrial Design.

Preparing in advance for Show Cause and Opposition Hearings.

Representing clients at IP statutory bodies and courts, when necessary.

Managing IP prosecution and opposition procedures.

Collaborating with the reporting head and team members on drafting and attending IP-related lawsuits matters.

Daily planning, execution, reports on time-tasks.

V. Skills:
Two to three years of experience in the field of IP laws, with a focus on Trademark, Copyright & Industrial Design.

Experience in attending Show Cause and Opposition Hearings at the IP Office.

Strong team player, skilled in multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills, time management with the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, high volume environment.

VI. Qualification:
Must hold a Law degree from a recognized university and Sanad.

Should have expertise in the field of Intellectual Property (IP).

Eligible to practice law in Indian courts.

VII. Experience:
1. Two to three years of experience in the field of IP laws, with a focus on Trademark, Copyright & Industrial Design.

VIII. Salary Budget: 20k-25k Take Home + Plus Travelling Allowances

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
