2. Technical Skills
- AutoCAD & Other Design Software: Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering software.
- Drafting: Ability to create detailed blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Building Codes: Familiar with local building regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Sustainable Design: Understanding of eco-friendly design principles and sustainable material choices.

3. Project Management Skills
- Budgeting: Experience managing budgets and ensuring projects stay within financial limits.
- Time Management: Ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for materials, labor, and contracts to meet project requirements.

4. Client Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Client Communication: Excellent communication skills to understand and interpret client needs and preferences.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present design ideas clearly and convincingly to clients.
- Listening Skills: Attentive listening to client requirements, preferences, and feedback.
- Collaboration: Works well with architects, contractors, and other team members.

5. Problem-Solving & Flexibility
- Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected issues or changes during the project.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and practical solutions to design challenges, space constraints, or client requests.
- Decision-Making: Strong decision-making abilities to choose the best design elements, materials, and processes under pressure.

6. Knowledge of Trends & Innovation
- Industry Trends: Updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technology.
- Smart Home Integration: Understanding of integrating modern technology, like smart lighting or home automation, into designs.
- Sustainability Trends: Familiar with eco-friendly and sustainable materials and design practices.

7. Construction Knowledge
- Basic Construction Understanding: Knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure that designs are feasible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹9,555.46 - ₹44,813.73 per month
