**Job Title**: Infrastructure Solution Architect**Experience**: 15+ years total, with 7+ years in Infrastructure Architecture**Location**: [Specify - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote]**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement **infrastructure solution blueprints** across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware, On-premise).
- Lead **Disaster Recovery (DR)** and **High Availability (HA)** planning to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Define and execute **infrastructure automation strategies** using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and DevOps principles.
- Develop **cost optimization models** and perform **TCO/ROI analysis** for cloud and data center solutions.
- Architect **vendor-neutral, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions** aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Perform **capacity planning**, **performance tuning**, and **infrastructure lifecycle management**.
- Map infrastructure designs to **regulatory compliance standards** (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
- Guide infrastructure modernization initiatives, including **migration to cloud or hybrid platforms**.
- Mentor teams and establish **architecture governance frameworks** and **best practices**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **15+ years** of overall IT experience with at least **7 years in infrastructure architecture** and design.
- Proven expertise in **Azure** and **AWS** infrastructure services, networking, and security.
- Hands-on experience with **VMware virtualization**, **storage**, and **backup solutions**.
- Strong understanding of **hybrid cloud**, **automation**, and **infrastructure as code** (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
- Experience in **network design**, **load balancing**, **VPN/ExpressRoute**, and **firewall management**.
- Deep knowledge of **disaster recovery**, **business continuity**, and **capacity planning**.
- Familiarity with **cost management tools** and cloud billing models.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- **Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert**:

- **AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty**:

- **VMware VCAP (Advanced Professional)**:

- **TOGAF 9/10 Certified**

Pay: ₹925,755.85 - ₹2,466,579.86 per year
