**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Should be Good in Network Implementation, Mandatory certifications: CCIE or equivalent
- Previous experience in Cisco or Juniper L3 TAC Support engineers is highly preferred.
- Take ownership of high priority or sensitive customer issues and ensure prompt network services restoration and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction, by using a systematic problem-solving approach.
- Being able to understand needs and create fitting network designs is a key part of this role.
- Hands-on experience in managing Enterprise/Data Centre LAN/WAN Infrastructure and performing day-to-day Network operations activities.
- Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
- Managing Arista/Juniper/Cisco devices, troubleshooting and supporting complex LAN networks.
- Design and implement business solutions using common network equipment, Including SDWAN and MPLS technologies understanding.
- Monitor and diagnose performance issues, collaborating with third-party support/service vendors to ensure network operational stability
- Excellent team player with the ability to develop and present technical material.
- Respond to network alerts, hardware malfunctions, and diagnose/troubleshoot network issues.

- or third-line network level support for Routing Protocols to Customers, Partners, account teams and other internal technical support teams.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for Operations and update knowledge base articles.
- Familiarity with network analysis tools like Infra On, SolarWinds, Nagios, Checkmk, and Splunk.
- Preferably skilled in Linux/Unix and proficient in coding languages

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, and certification required)**
- BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science/IT or Electronics & Communication

**Certification required**
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
- Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional in Routing & Switching (CCNP - R&S)
- Juniper Certified Datacenter Expert (JNCIE-DC)
- Enterprise Routing and Switching, Expert (JNCIE-ENT)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

**Relevant Experience**
- 12+ years of Network implementation & working experience encompassing LAN (wired & wireless), WAN, Network, server, Storage, and Backup environments.
- Primarily provide technical support for Cisco/Juniper/Arist Products that could include Apstra, Paragon, Junos Space.
- Implementation level understanding on Protocols such as IS-IS/OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Traffic Engineering, EVPN.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP stack, MPLS, SDWAN, WAN, LAN and
- IPV4 & IPV6 knowledge is must.
- Mandatory CCIE & having very good knowledge of Spine & Leaf (CLOS Architecture)
- Competence in Routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and EIGRP, along with experience in working with leading router and switch series from Juniper, Arista, and Cisco.
- Working/Hands-on on multivendor OEMs such as Cisco Nexus, Juniper, and Arista
- Having experience on understanding network telemetry protocols like IPFIX/sflow/Netflow, SNMP
- Expertise in trouble shooting complex Network Security related issues.
- Preferred Deep understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching fundamentals will be preferred.
- Tackle problems creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficient in Switch technologies including STP, RSTP, MST, VXLAN and vPC, and familiarity with prominent switch series from Arista, Cisco, and Juniper.
- Experience with Wireless networks including Cisco and Aruba unified architectures.
- Familiarity with WAN Optimizers such as Riverbed Steelhead and Cisco WaaS.
- Proficiency in Network Monitoring Tools like InfraOn, Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Wireshark, iperf/jperf,
- Knowledgeable in Load balancers: F5 LTM, F5 GTM/DNS, or Citrix NetScaler ADC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adeptness in prioritizing a dynamic workload to meet business demands.
- Experience with helpdesk software systems like Jira, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix OS, Storage, Backup Tools, and a range of professional certifications like ITIL, Azure, AWS, VCP, CCNA, CCNP, CISA, AWS, and Red Hat System Administration is an added advantage.
