**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover various topics in computer science, including programming fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, computer architecture, and software development.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources, including interactive presentations, coding exercises, hands-on projects, and collaborative activities, to engage students in active learning and problem-solving.
- Teach programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Scratch, providing instruction on syntax, logic, debugging techniques, and best practices in software development.
- Foster critical thinking and computational thinking skills through coding challenges, algorithmic problem-solving tasks, and project-based learning experiences that encourage students to analyze problems, design solutions, and implement algorithms.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate actively in their own learning, regardless of their prior experience or background in computer science.
- Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including quizzes, tests, coding assignments, projects, and presentations, providing timely feedback to support student growth and achievement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators, providing regular updates on curriculum, student progress, and classroom activities, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school administration to support the overall mission and objectives of the school.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure required (state-specific requirements may apply).
- Proven experience in teaching computer science at the secondary level, with a strong foundation in programming concepts, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in computer science education, such as Python, Java, C++, or Scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to plan and execute effective lessons, manage classroom dynamics, and assess student performance accurately.
- Creativity and innovation in teaching, with a willingness to explore new instructional strategies, integrate technology, and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of 21st-century learners.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity, equity, and collaboration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
