**Job Description**:
**Veeva CRM Developer**
- Single point of contact for all EU Veeva Production/Non-Production issues
- Prioritizing the tasks for Offshore Veeva Team and training them when and where required.
- Working with business analysis (Emily) to draw out, understand and validate functional/Technical requirements.
- Leading offshore team and assisting/reviewing their changes.
- Identify issues with current processes and provide input on proposed changes to enhance effectiveness of VEEVA CRM
- Providing technical expertise to on-site team (Albert, Emily, Aarthi and Bhaskar)
- Providing Estimation for new changes.
- Cross Training Team on Veeva.
- Creating operational documents
