**job description**:
**Designation** : Senior Travel Support Associate/ Travel Support Associate

**Location**: Indira Nagar ,Bangalore./work from office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as first point of contact for customers to support them on their travel needs
- Use the ITILITE platform to issue tickets and hotels as per customer's request.
- GDS ( Global Distribution system) knowledge is mandatory.

**Age Limit -** maximum 30 years

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate.
- Maximum 5 years of experience in INTERNATIONAL Travel industry.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize.

*Good Communication skills must.
*good verbal communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
