**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit long-form video content (e.g., interviews, tutorials, vlogs) into polished, engaging material for youTube.
- Create short-form videos (e.g., clips, promos, reels) optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
- **Animation & Motion Graphics**:

- Create animated short videos and motion graphics for social media and other digital platforms.
- Develop dynamic and visually appealing animations that enhance storytelling, including text animations, transitions, and effects.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Edit and format videos according to each platform’s specifications, ensuring correct aspect ratios, video length, and file sizes.
- **Collaborate with the Team**:

- Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality content.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming and planning sessions.
- **Sound & Visual Effects**:

- Edit audio tracks, including voiceovers, background music, and sound effects to enhance the video’s impact.
- Adjust color grading, lighting, and visual effects to ensure a professional, polished final product.
- **Quality Control & Revisions**:

- Review and proof all video content before delivery to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Make revisions based on feedback from team members or clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form social media videos.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Proficiency in animation and motion graphic software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.).
- Experience with sound editing tools (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media trends, video formats, and platform specifications (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- A keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating video ads and marketing content for social media.
- Understanding of SEO and video optimization techniques for better reach and engagement.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects.

**Work Environment**:

- Remote or on-site options available (depending on the company policy).
- Flexible working hours.
