**1. Role will be responsible for mechanical maintenance in cement grinding section.

2. Experience in Pfeiffer VRM is desirable. Shall maintain Fans, compressors, material handling equipment etc.

3. Inspection of equipment, maintenance as per PM plan to achieve best MTTR,MTBF &OEE. Up keep of section areas.

4. Supervise & coordinate all the Mechanical activities of Cement Mill to maximize the plant availability.

5. Manage team of workmen. Ensure right tools and method of work executed at site.

6. Ensure zero harm at site through hazard identification, mitigation planning, guide workmen on SWP’s.

7. Strict adherence to the standards & procedures laid down in UTCL safety management system.

8. Develop self & team and participate in continual improvement through innovation, KAIZENS for visible change.

9. Support SH in Budget preparation, inventory management & control of cost in section maintenance.

10. Maintain systems and documents as per IMS, EnMS & WCM management systems.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma,DXPF3.Bachelor of Engineering

**Minimum Experience Level**:
4-9 Years
